Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in a fast-paced fashion retail setting. Youll drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering best-in-class service, and guiding daily store operations with strong product knowledge and floor leadership.

You will recruit, train, engage, and develop the team, while promoting from within as you help shape the store's future leaders within an omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
