Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, managing daily store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead staffing, training, and development while maintaining visual displays and brand standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, payroll management, and omni-channel order fulfillment, with a focus on internal promotion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and build teams; take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
