Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Full-time Retail Store Manager for the New Circle Retail Store to lead daily operations and drive sales.

You will manage a team of Associates and Assistant Managers, optimize store processes, handle scheduling, and focus on loss prevention, safety, and exceptional customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of management experience, and willingness to travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Retail, logistics, warehouse, or light manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel to other locations beyond the assigned work location is required. Driver license, vehicle, and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales and lead retail employees by evaluating and improving performance.
• Control store expenses and payroll.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and Safety Awareness.
• Foster a positive shopping experience and customer service.
