Job summary

KnitWell Group’s Pleasant Prairie location is seeking an Assistant Manager to help the Store Manager lead a team and deliver a seamless, personalized customer experience. You’ll foster a welcoming environment for associates and customers, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are reflected in daily operations.

You’ll manage inventory, assist in hiring and coaching, and model excellent communication and teamwork, including omni-channel selling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and utilize omni-channel approaches.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
