Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Pleasant Prairie WHBM location. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team, delivering a welcoming customer experience, and reflecting our hospitality culture.

You’ll drive sales, manage inventory, and coach associates while building community connections through events and philanthropy. Must be 18+, with retail management experience preferred and flexible evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability— including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with an omni-channel approach.
