Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership in a fast-paced retail setting. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering best-in-class service and overseeing daily store operations.

The role emphasizes talent development, scheduling, visual merchandising and omni-channel fulfillment, with a promote-from-within path and opportunities to grow into future leadership within the store organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
