• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Support Store Director to drive profitability through brand connections.
• Own division of responsibility: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling; manage store operations and systems.
• Assist Store Director with recruiting, training and development.
• Foster a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions for associates to boost customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed
