You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a fast-moving team, hire and train staff, and step in as acting manager when needed. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

You’ll handle inventory, merchandising, schedules, and cash handling, keeping a clean, welcoming store. The role offers weekly pay, a monthly bonus, 401(k), PTO, health benefits, and growth

Qualifikationen

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and math skills.
• Willing to obtain Food Safety Certification.

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
