Job summary

Roses Express in Beaumont, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support the Store Manager in daily operations and provide excellent customer service. You will help hire, train, and supervise team members while ensuring stockroom and sales floor meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Support store functions and day-to-day operations.
• Open/close procedures in the manager's absence.
• Protect company assets including store cash and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Direct hourly team members in the store when manager is away.
• Manage merchandise receipts, freight flow, and stockroom organization.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and ensure sales floor effectiveness.
