Job summary

WHBM in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience, and upholding our hospitality culture on the sales floor and in storage areas.

You will help hire, develop, coach associates, and lead by example with product knowledge and omni-channel selling, while maintaining brand standards and safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer and peer relationships with ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
