WHBM—The Avenue Forsyth store (GA) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will foster an inviting environment, mentor associates, and drive sales while upholding brand standards across in-store and omni-channel channels.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory and store operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
