Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our WHBM store in Huntersville, NC. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and create a welcoming, customer-focused experience that reflects our hospitality culture.

You'll drive sales, oversee daily operations, and help hire, train, and coach associates while maintaining store standards and policy compliance. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and daily replenishment.
