Job summary

Knitwell Group’s WHBM Nashua store is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience. You’ll help build community connections and uphold our hospitality culture on the floor and in back-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities include team development, achieving store financial goals, hiring and coaching associates, and maintaining a visually inspiring environment with an omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure store operations including inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
