Job summary

WHBM in McAllen, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a customer-centered experience, and upholding our culture of hospitality.

You will hire, coach, and develop associates; model product knowledge on the sales floor; drive sales and store goals through omni-channel initiatives; maintain visuals and inventory accuracy; and build community connections through events and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
