Job summary

WHBM in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a memorable customer experience across in-store and omni-channel touchpoints.

You’ll help hire, develop, and coach associates, drive sales, maintain brand standards, and oversee operations including inventory and floor replenishment, while fostering a welcoming environment aligned with our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
