Job summary

WHBM is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 3473-Allen Premium Outlets-WHBM-Allen, TX 75013. You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver a seamless customer experience, foster a welcoming environment, and promote our culture of hospitality.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, develop associates, and coordinate events and initiatives while driving store performance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals.
• Hire, develop, and coach associates.
• Lead on omni-channel sales and product knowledge.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store reflecting brand standards.
