Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Wisconsin location.

You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, supervise associates, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store while following company policies and safety guidelines. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail or grocery management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery, retail, or drug sectors.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain store areas and assist with merchandise flow.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention records.
• Support Store Manager with training and development of associates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
