Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record-keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash handling, deposits).
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom according to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Enforce policies and safety guidelines with the team.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop store associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
