Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Wisconsin location. You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, and help supervise and train Store Associates to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
