Job summary

S&S Fuels Management, LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate a company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer-focused, and profitable manner. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, and shift coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and retail experience, with strong communication and merchandising skills to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store in regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relation and resolving customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and transmit the daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required
• Ability to complete daily banking
• Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis
• Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage in the event there are no other employees available to work
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed, and be responsible for banking requirements.
