Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager in Franklin, TN to support the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will foster a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality culture and empowers associates to create memorable guest moments.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards, while maintaining store performance and community engagement.

Formación

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and daily replenishment.
