Job summary

You will assist the Store Manager with planning, budgeting and daily execution, drive sales and KPI achievement, manage schedules, governance, and safety, and coach staff to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand supervision and planning to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales and KPIs.
• Engages, trains and develops teams, recruits and maintains a network of candidates.
• Executes company processes and supports omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manages store operations, inventory, payroll hours and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensures safety and loss prevention by following policies and protecting assets.
