You will own designated areas, assist with recruiting and training, manage operations, and engage with the community through events while staying aligned with brand standards and fashion trends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.
