Job summary

Roses Discount Stor in Pearl, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support the Store Manager and deliver excellent customer service. You will help manage daily store operations, staff supervision and asset protection to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time or part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards; ensure sales floor is productive daily.
