Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the operation and performance of a high-volume retail store in Naples, FL. The role partners with the Store Manager to meet sales, expense, and profit goals while ensuring customer service and mission alignment.

You will lead staff training, coaching, and daily operations to maintain a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate POS and donation systems and office tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store sales, expense, profit, and customer goals while following procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean store by enforcing safety and PPE policies and conducting inspections.
• Support customer and donor relations by providing excellent service and education on programs.
• Assist with merchandise production, pricing, merchandising, and displays.
• Prepare reports, complete documentation, and assist with banking and loss prevention.
