Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the operation and performance of a high-volume store. You will assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, expenses, and profitability while ensuring safety, merchandising, and customer service standards are met.

The role requires leadership through staff training and coaching, with a focus on a safe, productive, and donor-focused environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store sales, expense, profit, and Ecommerce revenue goals while ensuring compliance with operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment by enforcing safety procedures and conducting inspections.
• Support customer and donor relations by ensuring staff provide excellent service and educate the public about Goodwill programs.
