Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Eagle River, WI to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help organize inventory, assist customers, and train store associates while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

The role includes opening/closing duties, adherence to corporate directives, and maintaining stockrooms and sales floors according to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, and displays; ensure promotions are effective.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; support loss prevention.
