Family Dollar in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. This part-time role involves assisting with daily activities, organizing merchandise, and helping with opening/closing procedures.

You will supervise and train store associates, uphold safety and policy standards, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
