Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence and guides staff accordingly.
• Assist in overall personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure each department’s responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain excellent customer service per the customer service manual and promote services and merchandise.
