Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to fulfill department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and follow the customer service manual.
