Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures.
• Lead daily retail operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maximize sales through stock rotation, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Coordinate biannual inventory processes and payroll/budget tracking.
• Promote loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
