R301US Hibbett Retail, Inc. in Elkin, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and customer service excellence. You will work closely with the Store Manager, helping with selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling while maintaining store standards.

Competenze

Retail experience, preferably footwear or apparel.
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.

Mansioni

Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
Assume store management in the absence of the Store Manager.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
