Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Take responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Support selling services and merchandise and uphold company policies.
