Zaxby’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day store operations, focusing on sales, customer service, and employee management. The role involves supervising 2-4 shift managers and 15-50 staff, with duties spanning FOH/BOH, training, and inventory oversight.

The successful candidate will drive sales, maintain standards, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. 40+ hours/week and competitive compensation included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a retail store manager or assistant manager.
• Strong background in retail sales and customer service.
• Experience with sales and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Oversee all FOH and BOH operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and addressing concerns.
• Conduct employee orientations and ensure proper training for new hires.
• Support the sales process by providing product knowledge and assisting with sales transactions.
• Utilize sales skills to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Monitor sales and inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide input on inventory and ordering decisions to meet customer demand.
