Assistant Managers will manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures and make encore experiences for our guests.

• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately.

• Clean and maintain guest areas, including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior.
• Maintain equipment and inform upper management of maintenance needs.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serverware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders.
• Create an environment of quality within your store.
• Other work assigned.
