Hibbett, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Clovis, NM to support the Store Manager with daily store operations and customer service excellence. This role requires knowledge of multiple departments and a focus on meeting store goals.

The Assistant Manager will supervise in the Store Manager's absence, assist staffing, merchandising, and service delivery, and promote company policies while driving profitability.

• Retail or footwear/athletic apparel experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales statistics, and expenses.
• Direct staff to meet department standards.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
