Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Oversee personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation alongside the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain customer service quality per company manuals.
