Qualifications include 2–4 years in a retail supervisory role, ability to communicate in English, and compliance with U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (per local regulations).
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling minimum 20 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Stand or walk for long periods (at least 8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Act as the Assistant Store Manager when the Store Manager is not present.
• Assist customers in product purchases, build customer connections, and maintain a positive attitude.
