Job summary

United Pacific is looking for an Assistant Manager in a full-time role that supports store operations and customer focus. You will cover Store Manager duties in their absence, assist customers, and build strong connections with shoppers while maintaining a positive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of supervisor or team-lead experience in retail, be able to lift 20 lbs, work varied hours including weekends, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must provide work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Able to work irregular shifts including weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Mostly indoors with occasional outdoor periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Be responsible for Store Manager duties when the Manager is absent.
• Assist customers and develop customer connections.
• Maintain a positive attitude with all staff and customers.
