Job summary

United Pacific in a retail setting seeks an Assistant Manager in a full-time role with leadership duties to support the Store Manager and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment. You will handle store duties during the Store Manager's absence, assist customers, and foster strong customer connections with a positive attitude.

The position requires 2–4 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor, or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (unless otherwise indicated by the hiring manager due to local regulations.)
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written is required.
• Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
