Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support the Store Manager in daily operations, maintain a safe, customer-focused environment, and handle store duties when the manager is absent. This full-time role requires 2–4 years of supervisory retail experience, the ability to work weekends and irregular shifts, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead at a retail store.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Effective English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Lift/push/pull at least 20 lbs.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to stock/store materials and place signage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the purchase of products and develop customer connections.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations and cover duties when the Manager is absent.
• Maintain a safe, customer-focused environment at all times.
• Lead and supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence.
