Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to ensure a safe, customer-focused environment. You will cover full duties when the Store Manager is absent and assist customers with purchases while maintaining a positive attitude.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail supervision, 18+ years old, and ability to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, or per local regulations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to provide work authorization in the United States if hired.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Many tasks indoors with some outdoor periods; stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasional ladder use to store/retrieve materials.
