POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Orlando to mentor the sales team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and support daily store operations. You will act as Leader on Duty when needed, drive sales performance, and contribute to brand initiatives.

You will train associates, manage merch and POS, and help maintain inventory accuracy while delivering POP MART’s premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of store leadership; guide daily operations.
• Coach sales associates to achieve store performance goals and KPIs.
