POP MART in Orlando Premium Mall is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the business, deliver a premium customer experience, and drive sales and operations.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage visual merchandising, inventory, and events, and partner with cross-functional teams to launch promotions. The role requires 3+ years in retail management and a degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the store's business and operations.
• Drive sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
