Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking an Assistant Manager in Glen Mills, PA to partner with the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a seamless, customer-focused shopping experience. You will help drive community connections, sales performance, and a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will hire, coach, and develop associates, lead by example on the sales floor, and maintain brand standards while managing inventory and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Assist in achieving the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store reflecting brand standards.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Build community connections through in-store events and charitable initiatives.
