Job summary

Cavender's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Store Management Team in College Station, TX. This role supports our culture while helping lead daily store operations, including opening and closing, supervising the team, coaching associates and driving sales and customer experience.

You will ensure the store is clean and well stocked, implement company policies, manage scheduling and payroll, address customer issues, and participate in loss prevention and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell product and manage a retail department.
• Ability to manage store shifts effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
