Qualifications

• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations (retail, fuel, food service).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and implement changes to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
