Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Our culture supports development and provides opportunities to advance within Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or c-store management.
• 1+ years managing operations with >$2M annual sales.
• 1+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 1+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including store, fuel, restaurant, and kitchen.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including P&L and opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
