You’ll manage store processes, ensure safety and cleanliness, and partner with the General Manager to meet goals, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Applicants should have 1+ year retail/c-store experience, strong communication, and computer skills; flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail management or c-store leadership.
• Experience supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple store operations (retail, fuel, restaurant, and kitchen).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility through cleanliness and safety checks.
• Drive sales via ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
