Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an energetic C-Store Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead a team, manage processes, and implement strategies to achieve store goals.

The role requires 1+ years in retail management, strong communication, and hands-on operation skills across retail, fuel, and foodservice. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail or c-store management.
• Experience managing teams of 5–10+ employees.
• Experience handling budgets and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and fresh kitchen.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and compliance with safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition across the team.
